Delta House is a construction company operating in the territory of the province of Como, which mainly deals with the construction of civil construction works, restorations and maintenance on behalf of private clients, making use of the experience consolidated over time through countless interventions which have involved the construction of new residential buildings and the renovation of apartments and villas.

DH's "modus operandi" envisages the planning and management of all operational and site coordination phases in compliance with safety and timing, in order to guarantee an excellent result in the realization of projects with the aim of ensuring complete satisfaction of the customer.

It performs from new building projects to renovations, from the renovation of roofs and facades to the construction of private sewers and more complex structural interventions.

To carry out the work, DH makes use of an efficient fleet of proprietary equipment (scaffolding, cranes, excavators, wheelbarrows, plastering machines) as well as vehicles for the transport of people, materials and things, machines used for small earthmoving and equipment of various kinds. The operating department is made up of a team of specialized workers who can be joined by other workers selected to respond to all needs with maximum efficiency and quality.
